Description
A bed is a block used for sleeping. It allows players to set their spawn point and skip the night. Beds come in 16 different colors including Black Bed.
How to Get
<strong>Crafting Recipe:</strong><br>3 Planks + 3 Wool<br><br><strong>How to craft:</strong><br>Place 3 wooden planks in bottom row of crafting table and 3 black wool in the middle row above them.<br><br><strong>Materials needed:</strong><br>- Any type of wooden planks (3)<br>- Black wool (3)<br><br><strong>Alternative:</strong><br>Beds can also be found in villages, mansions, and other structures throughout the world. They may also be purchased from wandering traders.
How to Use
<strong>Sleeping:</strong><br>Right-click on the bed to sleep and reset your spawn point. You can only sleep at night or during storms.<br><br><strong>Multiplayer:</strong><br>In multiplayer, all players must sleep for the night to pass. One player going to bed will show a message to other players.<br><br><strong>Uses:</strong><br>- Set your spawn location<br>- Skip the night (avoids hostile mobs)<br>- Respawn point when you die<br><br><strong>Tips:</strong><br>- Place beds in your base for safety<br>- Useful for navigation - your spawn point shows on the map<br>- Beds are destroyed by the Wither and respawn anchors explode when beds are used in the Nether
